Glenda has more than 30 years of banking experience, and she is committed to providing the highest level of client services. She has a proven ability to identify organizational priorities at multiple levels by ensuring goals are met through effective management and resource leveraging.

She is an innovative leader who has shown that she is competent in handling people and procedures. She is committed to building businesses through identifying opportunities, maintaining strong relationships, and forging long-term partnerships. She provides strategic guidance and direction to ensure safe and sound financial practices for existing and new clients.

Glenda is an expert in the field of regulatory compliance. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Georgia College and is a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager by the Institute of Certified Bankers.

Before joining GCL, Glenda served as the Senior Vice President and Loan Operations Director for Georgia Primary Bank and the Senior Vice President and Atlanta Loan Operations Director of Atlanta Market, First Landmark Bank, a National Bank of Commerce division. Prior to that, she spent almost 10 years with The PrivateBank. Throughout these experiences, she gained more than 15 years of SBA servicing knowledge and expertise.

Her accomplishments include leading teams to achieve cost savings while maintaining high productivity levels through performance management techniques, such as team building and communication skills training.
